2. What TextKit provides

TextKit offers free online text tools that run in your browser. The tools are provided for general use. Features may change, be added or be removed at any time without notice.

The site and all tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that results are accurate, complete or suitable for a particular purpose, or that the site will always be available or free of errors. Always check important results, such as legal, academic, financial or technical text, before you rely on them, and keep a copy of your original text.

4. Your content

The text you enter stays on your device and remains yours. You are responsible for the content you process and for having the right to use it.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use TextKit for anything unlawful, to harm or disrupt the site or other people, to attempt to overload or break the service, or to copy the site as a whole and present it as your own. Automated scraping that harms performance is not permitted.

6. Advertising and third-party content

TextKit may display advertising in the future, including ads served by Google or other third parties, and may link to external websites. We do not control third-party ads, websites or services, and we are not responsible for their content, products, accuracy or privacy practices. Any dealings you have with advertisers or other third parties are solely between you and them.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TextKit and its owner are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or its tools. This includes data loss, lost text, errors in results, advertising shown on the site, and any misuse of the tools or their output by you or anyone else.

8. Donations

Donations are voluntary gifts made to public cryptocurrency addresses. They are non-refundable, do not buy any service or special rights, and cannot be reversed. Please read the notes on the donate page and check the network and address before you send anything.

9. Intellectual property

The design, code and written content of TextKit belong to its owner and may not be copied or republished without permission. Names and logos of other companies mentioned remain the property of their owners.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
